A Rebrand Rooted in Romance

Some brands begin with a business plan. Others begin with a feeling.
Blush & Bloom began with a love for beautiful old things...the pieces with history, character and a story already woven into them. What started as a carefully curated collection of vintage and antique finds has grown into a world shaped by romance, nostalgia and the belief that beautiful things are meant to be lived alongside.
The rebrand was about finally giving it an identity worthy of the story.
More Than Vintage
Blush & Bloom has always been about the unusual piece, the beautiful detail, and the object that feels as though it has lived another life before finding its way into yours.
But as the business grew, so did Skye's vision for what Blush & Bloom could become.
Beyond vintage and antiques, there was room for vintage nightgowns and robes, candles in gorgeous vessels from another era, and beautiful objects for the home. Skye began dreaming about packaging that feels like opening a gift, events, curated collaborations, and perhaps, one day, a physical space where the entire world of Blush & Bloom can be experienced in person. The challenge for me was creating a brand that could honor where Blush & Bloom began without limiting where it could go.

The World of Blush & Bloom

Romantic. Feminine. Old-world. Enchanting.
The visual direction draws from the quiet glamour of another era: European châteaux and English manor houses, antique gold frames, candlelight, lace, velvet, dark florals, vintage perfume labels and the intimate femininity of an old boudoir.
Blush & Bloom needed to feel collected. As though every color, typeface, and detail might have been discovered somewhere along the way. Cream and parchment softened the deep wine, aubergine and teal. Dusty blush brings femininity without becoming overly sweet. Antique gold adds the sense of age and luxury that runs throughout the collection. The result is romantic, but with depth. Feminine, but never cutesy. Vintage, without feeling stuck in the past.
One Brand. a few Expressions.
The evolution of Blush & Bloom called for more than a single logo. The primary Blush & Bloom identity remains rooted in Curated Vintage & Antiques. Ornate typography, romantic detailing and an old-world sensibility give the original business a recognizable signature while still allowing the pieces themselves to remain the focus.
Then there is the Double B (my personal favorite). A mirrored monogram that reveals itself with a second glance, the Double B represents the broader world Blush & Bloom is becoming. It can live on the label of a candle, inside a vintage nightgown, embossed into packaging, or stamped onto tissue paper. My vision was the logo placed quietly on an object that feels like Blush & Bloom. Rather than creating separate identities every time the business expands, the Double B gives Skye a mark that can travel with the brand.
Blush & Bloom Curated Vintage & Antiques is where the story began.
The Double B is where the story can go.
The Next Chapter
This identity was designed with room to grow. They will be used for Instagram Lives and curated vintage collections to Blush & Bloom Boudoir, lifestyle goods, events, collaborations and whatever comes next, every expression can now belong to the same unmistakable world.
A little romantic.
A little moody.
Beautifully collected.
And unmistakably Blush & Bloom.
